In December 2003, CCMIE created a production base for hydraulic axial piston pumps, control valves, and other goods, which was officially put into production on May 14, 2004. It is one of China’s greatest high-end mechanical power flow projects to date, with a total investment of 200 million yuan. Hydraulic axial piston pumps, control valves, rotary motors, reducers, gearboxes, and other items are among the company’s primary offerings. Construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industry, and other industries are all covered by product applications.

Manufacturing Capacity
Production line for a vertical lathe (intermediate, back cover pieces) After 2006, this line’s equipment was placed into service. The most recent equipment to be used is from 2015. A total of 25 million yuan has been invested. There are 12 vertical lathes, 6 vertical machining centers, and 4 horizontal machining centers on the machine.
Valve body processing line integrated With a 60 million yuan investment, the production line was put into operation in 2007. It has seven horizontal machining centers (four Toyota Koki and three Mitsui), two washing machines, two Okamoto surface grinders, two honing machines, as well as one FMS line. During the night shift, realize unattended processing. Process hydraulic integrated valve bodies ranging from 22T to 80T.
Production line for servos The production line, which consisted of 7 Mazak vertical machining centers and two homemade simple honing machines, was put into operation in 2008 with an expenditure of 11 million yuan.
